# AML policy and client identification

Policies against laundering of illegally obtained funds Money laundering is a criminal process that involves converting the amount of illegally obtained funds (terrorism, corruption, drug trafficking, etc.) while concealing the true source in legal investments. This is because the illicit nature of such funds will not be detected due to their tangible values.

Governments are fighting money laundering and terrorist financial transactions due to the need to prevent criminal funds from entering the economy. Financial and commercial institutions are the most accessible to the illicit processes of terrorist and criminal organizations. Digital currency services are particularly vulnerable.

Thus, service provider (hereinafter – «WLTX») is actively involved in preventing such criminal activities worldwide.

In order to achieve these objectives:

1. We conduct a process to verify customer identity and personal information and monitor all transactions made.
2. Our team monitors all suspicious user transactions as well as transactions made irregularly.
3. If our company suspects illegal activities or money laundering, it has every right to request additional verification from the customer or cancel such transaction at any stage.
4. According to international law, WLTX is not obliged to provide the client with any notification of suspicion of criminal activity.
5. Such actions of the company are based on the anti-money laundering documents and the Financial Action Task Force.

In order to prevent suspicious transactions and to verify the identity of the client, our company team is authorized to regularly update its electronic system in accordance with new regulations (if they appear). We also organize various trainings for our employees to improve anti-money laundering techniques. Multiple Account Policy It is prohibited to have more than one account on our website.

If a customer is found to have more than one account, all accounts will be temporarily blocked. The customer will be asked to choose which of their accounts will be active and the remaining accounts will remain locked permanently.

If a customer is found to be creating multiple accounts to overcome the restrictions set by WLTX for a particular payment method, WLTX reserves the right to request additional verification from the customer. In the event that the customer is unable to provide the requested information, WLTX will return the payment to the original sender, withholding incoming and outgoing transaction fees, if applicable.
